To protect our team’s time and ensure fair availability for all clients, a 50 percent deposit is required at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the full deposit being retained.

Cancellations made outside of 24 hours can be rescheduled to a new date.

If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, 100 percent of the appointment cost will be charged.
